Dr. Fried was very friendly. More than that he was available - he didn't just rush in and rush out - sitting down to speak with me and actually have a conversation (directly and indirectly related to my oral health). And the Dental Hygienist that saw me was also very friendly. Again, better than that, she was exceptionally thorough. My teeth looked amazing when I left. So much so that I called back in to say "thank you."

COVID-19 update: I was super impressed with all the changes they made to make their office as safe as possible. Looked like a huge ventilation system upgrade, a big suction tube next to your mouth to keep fresh air flowing while they were working on you, PPE everywhere and on everyone. It felt very safe. And my teeth will be glad to be taken care of.

I've been going there for about 4 years. I've been pleased with their work. My previous dental office used to pressure me to buy their latest service and wanted to replace all of my old silver fillings. Dr. Fried and his employees haven't done anything like that. Everyone has been very nice and professional. My recent visit was for a chipped tooth and they got me in right away. I really appreciated that!

I love the dentists and hygenists at this place! They were also voted- for the 10TH TIME- best dental practice in the Framingham area so apparently a lot of other people love them as well.
The dental staff has always been able to answer all of my questions and I always feel like they are being honest with me.
I live in Quincy now but I still make the time to come out here because they are really that good :)
