The Paul Rasmussen Construction Team was recognized with Cedarburg's Preservation Award for its amazing renovation of Cedarburg's historical 1860's Apothecary. Now a unique home referred to as the Apothecary House, it was in complete ruin prior to Paul's team tackling the project.

The Bungalow remodel project allows us to walk through the process of a renovation from start to finish. Our Bay View home-owners were weighing their options to move or stay (and renovate their home). They made the choice to stay because of the inspiration we provided through our design ideas and our ability to provide a renovation option within their budget.
The Garden Room project illustrates how our craftsman can build a space to fit a specific function. We can create any kind of environment that allows you to do the things you and your family enjoy most. The Garden Room was a complete addition to the home that provided the owner a functional work space that simply allowed her to tend to her garden easily.

Called on a Friday to have some emergency work done to our baseboards during new carpet installation. Paul called back promptly and was able to fit in us in between other jobs during a very busy time. Stained and sealed new baseboards to match color and style of original over the weekend and installed a couple of days later. Very professional, communicative and great to work with. Highly recommended.
