I call before make appointment and they told me of course we take insurance , but is not true they charge me $37.00 and then in my second visit they told me my insurance is not cover and the old treatment is like $3.000 because my insurance doesn’t cover , why never told me at the beginning?because they want cash money, very unprofessional I will never recommend to no body , I think the recepción have to be more professional and explain everything , THEY WANT CASH MONEY

My wife and son have been seeing Dr. Busquets for a while now. Although I haven't needed treatment myself, I'll drive my son to some of his appointments. From what I've observed, Dr. Gabriel and his staff create a warm atmosphere and approach appointments in a way I find innovative (though I've only been to one other chiropractor). Beyond just the expected adjustment, there's a routine of physical exercises, heating pads, as well as whole body vibration platforms.

I look forward to my visits every week. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable asking questions when I don't understand something. The entire staff makes you feel like you're part of the family and they truly do care about you. After my visit, I always go home feeling better than before. I'm sleeping better and feeling better. I wish I would have found Dr Busquets, Primero Spine sooner!!
