A Complete Mold Inspection consists of a visual inspection of the entire home inside and out, searching for moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth, or to find conditions conducive to mold growth. In addition, 3 air samples are recommended to be taken to determine if the indoor air contains similar levels of mold spores as the outdoor air.

Russ was awesome. I'm a first time home owner worrying more than I should. I showed Russ the mountains and he showed me they were mole hills. He even explained how I could fix the issues and where to look for contractors that will actually respond to calls. Just a great guy. Thanks Russ.

Russ inspected my daughter's house after the earthquakes, and told her what was causing the cracks, and what needed to be fixed. Thanks, Russ.
