So incredibly disappointed with this firm. All smoke and mirrors. Put up a great cutesy pitch with the owner Scout. Made us feel very comfortable and we signed up. However, after a bit of time and aside from one semi talented graphic designer, it was clearly evident that they really had no idea what they were doing. We spent so much money and the project was never completed. It was always ... we have to do this now and we need another $10,000 to move forward. Meanwhile, every deadline was missed and the communication on their part was horrid. We finally understood and terminated. Nothing meaningful

Design Scout recently guided our company through a major rebranding effort and we are very pleased with the result. As a design firm ourselves, we came to the table with high expectations and lots of strong opinions. Scout and her creative team took the time to really get to know our firm and distilled our input into a strong visual identity. On launch day I had more than one person tell me they were proud of the new branding package because it speaks to who we are as a firm.
