Kent was remodeling a single family home and listed it for rent on Craigslist so we replied to the ad, set up a showing, saw the house, and PAID the application fee. After we were e mailed that we were approved 4 days later we got another e mail stating that he had NOW decided to put the home up for sale! I'm sorry but, the application fee should have been returned since I got miss informed! There was no communication of buying the house contact for deed or anything when I met with Kent at the property.
