The food is out of this world with perfect seasoning blends. If you haven’t tried Shirley’s swamp salsa you haven’t tried the best salsa in the world which compliments anything from chips, omelette to homemade chili! In addition, to the friendliness of the catering crew & owners that are extraordinary. They always make sure to go above and beyond to make people’s dreams a reality.
