Family Fitness is a dream come true for the Brazosport community and for its team of fitness providers. Built to fill the need for a first-class health and wellness club, Family Fitness has become a landmark on the North side of Lake Jackson since 1998. The club continues to chart the course for exercise providers throughout Brazoria County.
Elizabeth has been with Family Fitness since April of 2005. She started working part time at the front desk, and over the years her duties slowly grew into what is now a full-time position as Membership Coordinator. Although she is busy, Elizabeth tries to work at least one desk shift a week. Getting to chat and make relationships with members and potential members is what she enjoys most.

Whether you are just getting started or want to take your fitness to a new level, we have something for you. Group class programs are included without additional cost for all members.
A word from our Founder.what is so special about Family Fitness' Kids' Club? We begin with the philosophy of raising our future members in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. Our entire Kids' Club Team is Infant C.P.R. and First Aid certified to handle anything that might arise. Many of our Kids' Club Team members have been with us for years and are well experienced.
Family Fitness maintains multiple government contracts to provide discounted memberships to the Coast Guard, Department of Energy, and to all local law enforcement and EMS agencies. We also provide student, teacher, and heart healthy memberships including all local school district employees. Call or e-mail Family Fitness to set up a personal visit to tour the facility and receive the 3-day pass.

We absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond for the members. Its a very important part if my life and i appreciate their support. The equipment and the gym are well maintained and clean. It’s the best all-around gym I’ve been to in my 55 years of being a gym ‘rat’! My wife and i both love the classes, especially biking and the instructors are top-notch!

I moved to the area in 2016 and have had a membership there since then. It’s worth every penny! The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is super clean. Everything you could possibly need to make your fitness journey successful is there, classes, child care (up to 2 hours of me time! Yes please!), various weights, equipment, sauna the women’s studio! It’s a very well rounded fitness center. I stopped going in February last year because of the pandemic and because I became pregnant and my pregnancy is high risk, but I have kept my membership along with my husband and he still goes,

Upon returning from the Military(USMC)- I was searching for a gym/fitness center that was professional, friendly, caring, clean, exceptional in many ways, and transparent. I love family fitness. I have been going for about 2 years now. I love that they have a kids club for my young children to go to. Child care is the biggest hurdle sometimes for working out. The woman’s only area is great. When I first started going that’s the area I used exclusively until I felt more comfortable. It’s nice having a pool and the kids take swim lessons there every year. Overall, it’s a great place and I would highly recommend it!

We love coming to this gym! I love the classes and the instructors. Having two little ones and finding a gym that I can take them to is difficult, but at family fitness I love that I can bring them and have my mind at ease knowing they are safe and having fun! My little ones love coming to the kids club!

My kids have been going to the kids club since they were 8 weeks old! They absolutely LOVE going! The staff is so sweet and professional. They love my kids as their own. I always have to drag them out because they have so much fun and never want to leave! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Family Fitness Kids club if you have little ones! They ALWAYS look forward to going!

Have been a member for over 2 years. It's a great facility, don't get me wrong. Child care, a pool, and a women's area. My biggest complaint is the price. You easily pay over DOUBLE than the cost of a black card membership at PF. And each year they increase the monthly fee. With new gyms coming into the area, FF should consider lowering their price with all the competition coming to town. Also, they are only open until 11 PM Monday-Friday. And open from 7am-7pm on weekends. I wish I could go whenever I wanted.

I really enjoy Family Fitness.. We've been members in the past and had to cancel due to moving-it was completely painless. We came in with the information they requested and it was done. When we moved back we decided to join again. The kid section is pretty good, most of the girls that work there are friendly (though there are a few that are not). I wish they had the children section open all day on Saturdays and Sundays, but I understand why they don't. I love the classes and the staff is relatively friendly, the equipment older but generally well cared for. We enjoy coming here, would

Money is obviously the only thing they care about. When you sign up, they skim through the contract with you, without really giving you an opportunity to go over it by yourself. They also forget to mention that your membership will continue after your contract is up, unless you come in and cancel it.
My problems with the company go beyond the hidden agreements in the contract. I came in to cancel, because I was moving out of the area for work, and an employee told me that my contract was going

Family fitness and I have an on again off again relationship. For this area there aren't many choices in fitness centers and this one has a couple of good ammenities.
One they are open 24 hours a day most days of the week. The equipment isn't the newest but is decent and they are pretty good about fixing or replacing broken equipment. They keep the place pretty clean considering the number of people that go through.
The treadmills have TV's attached so you can watch what you want as you are running (Big plus for me). They have alot of different group classes which are pretty
