We are dedicated to providing quality one-on-one nursing care and infusion therapy to children and adults with complex medical needs. We work closely with you, your caregiver and physician to develop an individualized treatment plan to meet your nursing care needs. We understand that life is not a sprint but a marathon - and we will be there every step of the way.
We understand that choosing a home care provider can be one of the most important decisions you will make. At Infinium, we strive to provide exceptional care, customer service and emotional support to our home care families and nurses. Fostering a culture of commitment and connectedness, our mission is to change the perception that all home care agencies are the same - one client, one nurse at a time.

Services
Having both worked for larger home care companies, Marcie Gilreath and Holly Aughtry knew that opening Infinium was not implausible. At Infinium, we recognize that no one seeks out home care services until they absolutely need them. When you do, it means that something significant and unexpected has happened to you or your loved one.
At Infinium, we recognize that it takes a collaborative effort to find the right nurse for your child's special needs. We are dedicated to fostering a trusted relationship with you and your family. We provide 1:1 nursing care by Registered Nurses (RNs) and/or License Practical Nurses (LPNs) who receive specialized training consistent with the care required in the home.
Infinium Health Services follows guidance and compliance recommendations set forth by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to assist them in developing effective internal controls that promote adherence to applicable Federal and State law, and the program requirements of Federal, State, and private health plans.
Infinium Health Services maintains the confidentiality and security of records in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other federal and state laws. These laws pertain to the security and privacy of personal, medical, and financial information.
The confidentiality and privacy of client information is important to ensure that all client information is protected, to prevent inappropriate and/or unauthorized disclosure of client information and to comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to client confidentiality.

Choosing the right home care provider can be a tough decision. As a client, you are looking for reliable nursing care. As an employee, you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference. And while home care agencies share many of the same nurses, not all agencies treat them the same. At Infinium Health Services, we will never treat you like a number.
