Great customer service - quick responses, great product, attention to detail, no worries about receiving product when needed, clear pricing. Just a little more advice on plaque sizing would have been useful. Highly recommend this company.

Working with donor signs was just easy. After searching for a company that could do what we needed for our organization, we luckily came across donor signs. I placed a phone call, gave them an idea of what I needed, and what my budget was. They were able to provide us with a design proposal that was pretty much what we imagined and was within our budget. Also I had a pretty tight turn-around, (about two weeks) they confirmed they would be able to meet our event date. We placed our order easily after confirming everything was right.

Donor Signs was great to work with. They agreed to a short turnaround time, and met the deadline without any issue. Everyone involved in our donor wall was easy to work with and always available by phone/text & email. All were there from start to finish. Designer, Stephanie, was even working on the project over the weekend to get it completed. There were numerous tweaks made along the way, but they didn't mind... their goal was our satisfaction. There was a paint chip on cat that was on the top of the plaque (we're an animal shelter) that occurred during shipping. They sent the matching paint

Nicolson Associates is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them. Their process included an on-site visit and discovery period which led to incredibly thoughtful designs that hit the mark on the first round. The result was two major installations which reflect both our brand and the history of the building in which they reside.
