Unprofessional. I recently had the owner come by to give an estimate regarding work. A few days go by no response so I called and the receptionist advised she would email me the estimate by the afternoon. I received no email and called back the following day. The receptionist gave the phone to the owner who said he no longer does railing work. I said when we're going to tell me that, he said now just now. Unbelievable that from the estimate day 4days later he no longer does railing work. No apology could care less and I had to follow up that he would not be able to do the work. Save yourself
