Monte joined the Ackerman team in 2018 as the General Manager, he has been in the HVAC industry for over 40 years. He and his wife Debbie have been living in Uniontown for the last 13 years so he is familiar with the Palouse area. He is the proud grandpa of 8 grandkids. In his off time he enjoys riding his dirt bike and spending time with family.

Jessica joined the Ackerman Heating and Air team in March of 2016 although she is new to the business she was born and raised right here in Whitman County and grew up on a cattle ranch.

I highly recommend Ackerman Heating and A/C. I used them to reduct my house about and was very pleased with the quality of their work. The team Ackerman sent, Rob (Team Lead), Kyle, Tony, and Casey, were professional and efficient. Rob was very knowledgeable and ensured everything was done right. Rob and Casey were absolutely PHENOMENAL. I had Dustin come out and give me an estimate on adding AC and two new heat runs in our basement - just one month later Ackerman sent out Rob and Casey who were AMAZING: fun, personable, efficient, light-hearted, professional, literally the best. Will absolutely give them my business time and time again. Very satisfied: 10/10 would recommend from start to finish.
