Horrible Experience here!!! Stay far far away. They knew we were coming to see the car...dirty target bag in the back with trash. Pine needles in all crevices...I feel bad cause we would of wanted to give the sales guy Nick a sale but the general manager Bob Stanley is a piece of $h*t. I have never been spoken to in such a way he did. Car is still there 2 weeks later (price reduced, cause it's junk) and we made a deal somewhere else. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Avoid this dealership, Typical Piazza scam tactics! The sales team is a joke and tries to screw people over on new cars sales by THOUSANDS of dollars. They offered $3k less for my low mileage 2.5 year old trade-in than any other dealership in the area. Sales team provided literally 1 set of preliminary numbers during initial negotiation, which had the buyout from current finance company listed at $2,050.00 more than what buyout was (via call with bank at dealership) without any explanation and did not want to stay to work a deal on a new car as it was too close to closing time even though deal

I had a good experience buying my first car. My dad (the car guy) would say differently. First he was irritated they gave us a low ball offer on my 2013 Ford Fiesta. I didn’t really mind because we could sell… it elsewhere for what it’s worth. Only thing that irritated me, and him, is the APR. Advertised said 0.9% APR for new 2021 Crosstrek models. I wanted to do a 60 month financing option. Apparently, unless you do the 48 month option the APR goes up significantly. For the 60 months it is 2.9% APR and for 72 months it is 3.9%. These folks are great! I just bought my first Outback. It’s absolute luxury at an affordable price. Jody took great care of us even re-arranging her own schedule to accommodate us. For the test drive they let me drive the vehicle home to show my wife. They didn’t force me to wear a mask which was really nice. I have bad asthma and allergies and the mask makes it worse. They allowed me to negotiate the price and the whole process was easy, relaxing and comfortable. We love our new Subaru and we will be seeing Jody again soon for our next purchase.

This a dealership that ,in my opinion, wants do the right thing for their customers. I recently had a windshield replaced on my Ascent, which was about 50% less than the Subaru dealership I bought it at. However, afterwards the wipers didn't work right, they didn't place blame, they didn't make excuses, they just fixed it and made it right. After I had my Ascent returned, I bought a new 2020 Legacy from them. I had many quotes from other dealerships, and through the Costco Auto Program. I told Netty, my Sales person, I'm not telling you the price of the other quotes, the dealership with the lowest
