Irwin's Greenlake: Subject to many years of neglect and bad remodels, the project was a diamond in the rough, waiting to be brought back to its' original glory. Original 1930's photos showed that a bakery had once stood on the same location. Clearstory windows that had been walled over were exposed and the drop ceiling was removed, creating a light and inviting space.
