Jimmy is certified as a fitness trainer and as a fitness nutrition specialist through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) He is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and is also Precision Nutrition certified. Jimmy holds a BS degree in Counseling and is married with 5 children.

She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Valdosta State University and spent 3 years at Emmanuel College where she competed in collegiate lacrosse, Track & Field, and Cross Country.

This AMAZING class is high-intensity interval training, a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Excellent workout and Jonathan was an awesome coach! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! I was visiting from out of state with family and I am so grateful I found this place! Challenging WOD and conditioning class that left me sore the next day! I will be coming back when I'm in Moultrie again! Definitely a workout gem 💎 Highly recommend!

While in town for work, I needed a solid workout. I'd never done crossfit before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was an awesome ~30 min workout--a great complement for my regular weightlifting (BodyPump) and cardio boxing classes. My hands were sore from the heavy weights for days but it was so worth it! Thanks, Jimmy and co!
