The technician came out as expected. He did a great job cleaning our home. We purchased the whole house plan but had to pay extra for stairs (?), don't know why Groupon had stairs separate. Otherwise the service was excellent. He cleaned our home quickly and efficiently. We moved the furniture and he cleaned very close around items that were too big to move.

Carpet cleaned less than 30 minutes. Carpet left uncleaned with visible spots in two rooms. I cleaned minor white stains on carpet by hand and cloth I used was filthy with dirt even though my carpet had recently been cleaned by this company. Now, I am losing more money by having a national cleaning company to properly clean my carpet. For my inconvenience, Groupon credited me $14 bucks for a $70 service fee. Shame on Groypon and this so called carpet cleaning company.

This company is a sham. Bought a Groupon for them which they would not honor, nor would they honor the same pricing. I tried my best to work with them, but they are not willing. The Groupon specifically stated that it had to be with in 40 miles of their zip code. I use 3 mapping programs to validate they were with 36 miles. They continually stated that it was 42, even when I show them proof. They also kept stating that they would not be making enough money because of the fee that Groupon charges. Well then maybe you should not use Groupon to false advertise. Will be contacting the BBB as well.

I wanted to use a Groupon to utilize this service so I figured I'd read through the reviews to see what others were saying and I...am...shocked by the response of the business to someone's complaint. Telling the customer that they should "contact Groupon instead of embarrassing yourself". It was unprofessional and beyond rude and let's me know to stay faaar away from this company.

DO NOT use the company Pure 1 Carpet Cleaning Service, especially if you use a Groupon when you request service. I paid $125 for a "Whole House Cleaning," through groupon and then called and made an appointment. When they made my appointment, they went ahead and marked my groupon as "REDEEMED." Two weeks later when the tech arrived, he took one look at my dog and said that I was going to need a "pet treatment" and that while it was normally, an extra $25 per room, he would do it for an additional $50. I asked him what the difference was, and he said that if they just did the normal carpet cleaning
