Tri-City Fence

I agree with the others here. They dont stick to one price they add expenses like lunch and extra tools to the material and added hours for lunch and massages lol ridiculous.

Horrible customer service and plenty of compaints i see. These guys are the most sloppy bunch ive met.they cannot stick to one price.

Tri-City Fence has done a lot of work at our office over the years, they have been great. I appreciate all their efforts to get a few emergency jobs done at our office so quickly, thanks again!

Horrible customer service. Called to discuss some fencing projects and the lady hung up on me. Called back to see if the call dropped or if she hung up and she then hung up on me again. Why are you in business? I cant imagine working with anyone who treats people this way.

Garbage customer service. They scam on the old and weak. They were upselling a bid on my mother by 40%! We talked to other contractors that were half his scam price!

Great job, from start to finish. Thanks for all your professionalism. Nate and Sean were thorough and very efficient. My 70 ' chain link fence looks great and will last a long, long time. The price was very reasonable. They cleared the landscaping that was in the way, communicated well, and finished quickly. I will ask for them to contract my future fence needs as well.

First fence install at my rental was great.....I had another fence job so I decided to use TriCity Fence again, another great job and priced right,, I'm happy,,,,Thanks TriCity

Gate posts are all uneven. Dual fence gate with visible gap between doors,hung unfettered. Not happy at all. Other side fence ,janky job.

Hard to deal with, very expensive, quoted things that I didn't want. I know they are a bigger company but I had a pretty big job. Took long for a quote. I will never use them or call them again. I'm sure they couldn't care less about this review either but look at my other reviews and you'll see who to use. I'm sure other people have had good deals with them but they are like a track home company come in put up crap leave that how it felt to me at least.

Called today to get a estimate, they didn't want to make arrangements to meet at 3:30pm. Horrible customer service and unwilling to work with me

It has been years since I have had such a horrible experience with a business. Fence was contracted to be installed on Monday, I took a vacation day from work to be home because of dog in back yard that needed to be put inside while work was being done. No one showed on Monday, repeated calls to the office were ignored, no one had any information. I was given the cell number for a Mike, the superintendent for the job, left numerous phone messages. Perhaps the most frustrating thing is that Mike never bothered once to return a call. Office told me for sure tomorrow, this went on Monday Tuesday
