I inherited several rugs from my mother and had no idea what was what and so, I looked for someone who specializes in cleaning and repair and wow, do I feel lucky to be living close to one of the most knowledgeable specialist that I can imagine! Mike was very professional, very experienced, easy to work with, and honest. He was extremely helpful in explaining where each rug was from and the type of workmanship, what was worth repairing and what was not, etc. When it came to cleaning and repair, he did a fantastic job in a reasonable amount of time and everything looks great. Highly recommended
