This company is incompetent.. I don't think work has to be paramount to employees at all but this company will not do even the bare minimum, such as documentation. There are MANY tow businesses in the area, choose one of those. They don't care and honestly, it's not even that cheap of a tow service. Go somewhere else.

My girlfriend was quoted $350 on the phone for a tow back after her car broke down so we decided to go with their service. The car was loaded and after 10 minutes of driving we were told by the driver that the quote from the woman in the office was incorrect, and that a similar tow he'd just completed was closer to $3500. We weren't huge fans of this change, and after a bunch of negotiation, she was thankfully able to pay "only" $350--the amount which she was originally quoted.

This was the biggest scam I have ever experienced. The quote on the phone was $365 and 10 minutes into the drive back the driver said it would be about $3500 for the tow! Such a scam in which they fail to tell you the actual price until you are already driving and can't leave. I cried because I couldn't afford that as I am only 19 and he kept driving. After begging him and having arguments with the dispatch, I only paid what I was quoted but it was the scariest and most inconvenient experience in which I thought I was going to be out $3500 when I was told not even $400 on the phone. NEVER
