Could not even begin to tell you how terrible of builders these guys are. Bought a new house from Rick a few years ago. The structure of the actual house is ok but everything else is borderline criminal. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re paying off inspectors to pass them. Driveway is falling apart, landscaping is pathetic, and the floors are uneven. Once you close, you can forget ever getting Rick on the phone again. He has his money and he’s out. Stay away from anything they’re peddling.
