I will be calling 7 on your side to get my refund! I got an estimate from RooterPlus in December, 2018. The person that came said I had to give them half of what the job cost but if I didn't have them doing the work I would get the money refunded. They were Very pushy and I fell into the trap. I did not use them and told them within the week. It is March 26, 2019 and they have not refunded my credit card. Theresa from the office said billing put it through more than a week ago and I still haven't heard from them nor did they refund my credit card. Of course, I put in a fraud claim with my credit

I had a terrible experience with Rooter Plus. They charged me over $1,000 to replace a shower when they claimed they couldn't find the much less expensive part needed. They did not inform me that they were going to create so much damage to the wall, costing me more money to repair. I could overlook getting ripped off if the work was done well but I had to hire another plumber to fix the pipe work that Rooter Plus did. I wrote an email to them stating my dissatisfaction with their pricing and overall work ethic and never heard back. Yes, many plumbers can take advantage of you when you're in desperate
