I was pulling into the parking lot of my husband’s physician when I ran over the curb and got a flat tire. I called Jeff Herman’s office and said I needed someone to change my tire. Erika Napper asked my location. When I said it was the same parking lot where Jeff’s office was located she asked one of the agents, Matt Bassett, if he would walk down to my car and change my tire. He came right away and changed my tire. Matt and Erika were so kind. This was not something they had to do. Erika could have just called road side service. But they both went above and beyond and I am so thankful.

Kim Locke is our agent and she worked extremely hard to get my family and I an economical precise package and some quality coverage on our policy/policies. Kim even went above and beyond, meaning went as far as going up to State Farm Insurance Company on Kirby-Whitten where she is employed (But on her OFF Day, on a Saturday). Erika Napper provided great customer service helping me throughout this entire process. Initially, I reached out to her about home insurance. However, I did not go through purchasing the home. Months later I decided to purchase car. Due to her prompt response during the home insurance inquiry, I decided to reach back out to her for auto insurance. She provided great details regarding auto insurance and helped me get the lowest rate possible. She even offered to stay later at the office and she helped me once she got home to ensure I had my auto insurance binders on hand once I purchased my vehicle

Jeff Herman StateFarm called one day and said they could save me some money with car insurance. I thought there was no way. They saved me almost $200. Enough for me to get life insurance as well! Not only that, I went and bought a new truck and they told me they could save me money by refinancing! And guess what, THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS!! I had a problem with my insurance policies on my house and vehicle. For several weeks Karen, Beth and I played phone tag, unable to reach each other. In the meantime, I stressed about my policies and the status of them. I shouldn't have worried.
