Just over a year ago they had to replace the fuel pump on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The fuel level sensor was malfunctioning. Now I am having the same problems again and the truck is not getting gas. I am now unable to even drive my truck. The fuel pump is under warranty so they are going to fix it! However, I made an appt a week ago and they told me that it would be September 6 before they could get us in. We were told that they would try to work us in quicker because they know we have to have the vehicle. We explained to them that my husband works out of town on shutdowns and would have to take

After being asked at another dealership to put $13,000 down with an interest rate of 19%, I walked away very dishearten. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! A friend and I were headed home from the beach when we started having engine trouble. We got towed to the dealership and they had us in and out in 30 minutes. As two young college girls, car trouble is very scary when you’re alone in an unknown area. However, the people at this dealership made sure we were safe and good to go. Shoutout to Mike with the service dept. for helping us out and being so kind. He’s awesome and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We were traveling through town and had a major front end failure in our jeep. We were towed here. The fix we were told was over 5000 dollars. I showed the techs how to remove enough parts to make it safe to drive in 2 wheel drive. We had a 100 point service which was excellent. I would use Massey jeep for basic maintenance but not for catastrophic failures. Our bill was over 750 dollars. We later had the 4 wheel drive fixed for under 1200 dollars. Everybody was friendly and professional
