One of our missions at NHC is to increase awareness of Alzheimer's Disease among our community and to improve treatment options for individuals and their families.

Services
D. is a licensed psychologist specialized in neuropsychological assessment and treatment who received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Central Michigan University. He completed an internship in clinical neuropsychology and behavioral medicine at the Long Beach Veterans Administration Medical Center.
In your assessment you will receive a comprehensive picture of cognitive, emotional, and daily functioning. Our recommendations include ways to optimize your brain health, cognitive function, and quality of life. A neuropsychological evaluation can identify specific cognitive abilities, how severely those abilities have been impacted, and how changes in these abilities will affect day-to-day functioning.
The Neurobehavioral Healthcare Center offers a full range of psychotherapeutic services. We provide non-pharmacological interventions for a multitude of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal problems. Our highly trained licensed psychologists provide the latest cutting edge, evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral treatments for a variety of common difficulties.
We have a caregiver support group for those who have loved ones diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The group meets weekly, for 12 weeks. See our flyer for more details.
