My mission for Touch of Life Chiropractic is very simple - end the pain and suffering in my community and help my patients live a healthier, fuller life. Many in my community suffer needlessly because they simply don't know there is a way of life free from unrelenting, chronic pain that many, many people experience every day.

Cant say enough about this excellent chiropractor office. From the moment you walk in it has a family friendly vibe. The receptionist Cindy is so friendly and does a fantastic job at making you feel so comfortable. And the Dr. Stranahan Is sooo sooo good at what he does. Very knowledgeable and again excellent at his job. Answered all and any questions I had. AND sent us to some great places down town for some great food. Love love love this chiropractic office. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I appreciate Dr. Todd listening to my problems before trying to fix me. I like how he gives you options to choose from. His pricing feels reasonable. I am in love with how I feel when he has adjusted my bones. I feel great like I can conquer the world, but the best part is that the feeling last my body is no longer hurting!!

I have to start off by saying that the staff was very nice, but the way they handled billing me was very frustrating and felt almost down right shady.
I went for my first visit. They contacted my health insurance and said; Your insurance copay for a chiropractor is X amount. Perfect no problem I paid and left.
Came back for my second visit and they took me into the office, adjusted me, then when I went to pay they said; Oh, your insurance does not cover us. We are out of network. It is actually going to cost almost twice as much. They already had a bill written out with how much it would cost

I was a bus driver and I got injured in my lower back and my right shoulder last year. For most of 2019 I was in physical therapy and pain medication and nothing changed, but a friend of mine told me about Dr. Todd and referred me to him, once I started to visit him my back pain was gone and now he is working on my shoulder and carpal tunnel in my wrists. A year after my injury, 80% of my injury is healed and I’m looking into going back to work. Thank you Dr. Todd for all of your help!

They provided a fantastic experience in every regard from customer service to treatment. Scheduling was incredibly flexible even with their offices being closed in the middle of the day, which I initially thought might be inconvenient. Right away, the doctor diagnosed a pretty significant problem I’ve developed over the course of what has likely been decades. I had an additional problem that came up and they adjusted my routine to account for it immediately. Dr. Tim was so amazing. He helped my son overcome seizures as a baby so when his brother, Dr. Todd, took over the practice and advertised on Facebook for a low cost adjustment I was excited because I am suffering from foot issues and my son (now 11) is having low back pain. I have to say I am very disappointed. Took my son and we went in for the low cost adjustment. Dr. Todd will ONLY adjust what hurts at the time and will not give feed back or tell you a plan of action unless you come in again for a $100 appt.

This review is definitely long overdue. I started visiting Dr. Todd back in May this year. My body was in desperate need of alignment and finding the right chiropractor is like finding a needle in a haystack. And I haven't had such great luck in finding the right chiropractor in the past. Dr. Todd Stranahan - is wonderful. since i was a new patient there, we went through medical history and stuff. i explained my being trans and on HRT, etc. he responded by saying that my identity and transition are respected and openly accepted at his office; asked if there was a name I preferred to be called, other than my legal name; and told me if there's ever anything he can do to make my visits more comforting to let him know. i was so happy after that. his honest expressions and tone of voice really made my visit comfortable.

I have been going to Touch of Life Chiropractic for several months now. I am so incredibly happy that I followed a recommendation to come see them. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows. I have Scoliosis and have had numerous back and knee surgeries because of it. Dr. Todd, Dr. Tim and Molly have been true life savers. Not only have they helped me with my back, they have helped me with nutrition tips and suggestions on how to help me have a better quality of life. They were really respectful and knowledgable. The office is not the prettiest, but it's practical. I am usually wary of checking out a chiro if they haven't been vetted by someone I trust, but Yelp was right on the money. I got a couple of solid adjustments that fixed me up, and there was no unnecessary pressure to book a bunch of appointments for multiple adjustments. I felt heard, respected, and treated with care. Nice!

I couldn't give a higher recommendation for a Chiropractor in ATX. Both Todd and Tim Stranahan do a great job of caring about your overall health and pain relief....on top if great adjustments. I have been a client for a long time....and will continue to be....as well as having referred several friends to Touch of Life. Don't hesitate.....go sit down and talk to them

Yelp is how i found this place, and i'm so glad that i did. i've never had a tragic accident, unless you count working in a cube for 50 hours a week a tragedy. sitting in a cube staring at a screen has caused tremendous detriment to my back and shoulders. i started to develop what i think they'll call us in 20+ years, the hunchbacks of the 2000s. in 10-20 years we probably won't have to sit in cubes for that long. so where we are now, my fellow cubers, is at a place where we can not live without technology. we sit daily looking at a screen without regard to our back. sure,

Dr Tim, Dr Todd and Molly are awesome!!! Seriously. They have reduced all the chronic pain I have, plus they're fun, and they actually care about you as a person. They are not your average chiropractors. You have to go and check it out to believe it! Hours could be a little better, but they are worth it. 5 stars!!! 10 stars if I could!

I was diagnosed in 1997 with degenerative disc disease at 27 years old. I used to run, play softball and led a very active life. By March of 2000 I was taking OxyContin and Percocet 3 times a day to function and activity next to nothing. I had disc replacement at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with fusion in December 2000. Dr.'s told me I probably need more procedures in 7 to 10 years. I was able to start activities again about a year or so after. I did go through some severe withdrawal from all the pain killers I had been on but I told folks I didn't want to ever get back them again.

Really great team here. The location used to be ideal for my work situation but I've had to move on. Dr. Tim and the staff were quick to help me find someone near my new work.
I appreciate the gentle kindness of the Doctor here. I cannot forget to mention the great staff that make it possible.

While everyone has commented on how much Dr. Tim has helped them with pain, I'd like to touch on something else I think is fantastic. Though gentle, warm and friendly, Dr. Tim and his team are all business. If you are tired of waiting around in chiro's office for your turn to come, this is the place for you. I am generally in and out of the office in about 5 minutes. There is no skimping on the treatment, they've just got a great set-up and don't waste any of your time. I love that, after the first appointment, I don't even have to schedule a time to come in anymore

We have been seeing Dr. Tim for over ten years now. Chiropractic has been my modality of choice throughout my entire life. Function follows form! Dr. Tim has been a wonderful asset to my health and my children's health. He kept my son from having tubes in his ears and a sinus irrigation at age 4. He continues to entertain my teenager while ticklling my preschooler off the table (she doesn't want to leave). The office ladies are wonderful help with the kids and just friendly. Dr. Tim Stranahan has gotten me out of pain in the joints of my neck, despite severe arthritis and a disk that is almost gone, and despite 10 years of severe pain prior to coming to Touch of Life. Over the past few years, he has healed my sprained ankles, sprained wrist, and twisted knees, so that they healed in days rather than weeks, and sometimes felt better after one treatment. Dr Tim has taught me so much about taking care of my body. For 15 years I have had chronic fibro-myalgia and pain from scoliosis. I am only 35 but I was struggling to do even simple household chores after work because of the fatigue and pain. I feel I have to change my review of Touch of Life. Yes, they helped my back to feel better - temporarily - but after about a month of regular visits (3 or more times per week) it became apparent to me that they were also running a bit of a scam.
When I called to see about making my initial appointment I was told on the phone that they DID take my insurance (Aetna) & it would be no problem.
