I give up. I've given these people several chances at correcting their mistakes and it's time to warn others about what can happen when you work with this company. It's a long story, the short version is this: if you have e.g. a water leak and want your cabinets taken out AND put back in, go with someone else!

A leak in my refrigerator ice maker resulted in water damage to all my lower kitchen cabinets. Fortunately, I was referred to Furniture Medic and they did an outstanding job restoring the cabinets. They made new boxes, refinished the wood faces and then did the installation. The boxes were high quality both in terms of material and workmanship in their construction. The refinished cabinets look better than the cabinets that were not damaged by the water! If you like your current kitchen cabinets and/or don't want to spend the $$$ on a new kitchen, this is a great choice!

We had a flood in our kitchen when a hot water line broke. One thing that I learned quickly was that in addition to the hassle of the flooding, a homeowner suddenly becomes a general contractor, navigating workers and scheduling and everything else. I found that Jason and his team - Jack, Nikolay, and Ondyhrea - were really on top of things. The communication with the company, including the scheduler Andrea, was good all the way around, and they did a beautiful job rebuilding the destroyed cabinets.

Great work ethics, amazing skill set, 5 stars all the way. It's not that easy nowadays to find true professionals with expertise that goes above and beyond the area of cabinetry and furniture. Our project was quite tricky due to the mold damage, and involved the removal of custom made top of the line kitchen cabinets and putting them back together afterwards. Absolutely no damage, installation process was smooth and painless. In addition, the crew was always punctual and courteous. I was particularly impressed with Jason who performed high quality work in a very timely manner without jeopardizing

I suffered major water damage from a leaky pipe in the kitchen, and the contractor my insurance company uses subbed out the cabinet refinishing to Furniture Medic. Given that my relationship with the company was, therefore, quite indirect, I had low expectations for both customer service and quality of work. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. From Tiffany, who kept me informed every step of the way, to Greg, who went to my unit on his way home to collect a set of spare keys and FedEx them to me while I was out of town (it's a long story), to the workers who put my kitchen cabinets

Because of a broken water pipe behind our custom kitchen cabinets, we needed to have a few of our cabinets removed in order to replace the wet sheetrock that was behind them. In order to avoid having to disturb the granite countertop that was on top of these cabinets, Mark and his team was able to remove the cabinet but leave the granite in place. After replacing the sheetrock, they essentially rebuilt the cabinet underneath the granite. I was so impressed with what they were able to accomplish (in relatively short time) I had them take all my cabinet doors and drawer faces and refresh them. Everything

I had water damage behind my bar countertop. Instead of ripping out the entire cabinet and countertop, I opted for Furniture Medic to help just remove the lower cabinet so that the water-logged drywall behind it can be repaired. The cabinet was then restored and carefully put back into place. Ondrehya was very clear and responsive in our communication. I would like to thank Furniture Medic for helping us - especially during these CVOID-19 times. I would like to recommend them for those who do not wish to perform major extraction and excessive work,

We have a large island in our kitchen (12 ft long and 5 feet wide) with a black walnut top. The top was damaged with some chemicals when we were cleaning the oven...:( I could not find anyone who could come to our house as most re-finishers want you to bring the item to them.....Which was impossible due to the size of island. I sent photos of the damage and the island and they provided an estimate (which was 1/3 of another estimate I received).
They scheduled it and the technician came to our home - covered the surrounding area in plastic to avoid dust and refinished the entire island

We had multiple things that needed fixing, including a gouge in a cabinet, refinishing the top of dresser, and scratches on several other pieces of furniture. Furniture Medic did an outstanding job. The work was so professional, that I couldn't tell where the original scratches were. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Jessica was very courteous in getting me an estimate and setting up the appointment. Magda is very skilled in her work on the furniture. Furniture Medic worked neatly and cleaned up well before leaving.

With the name "Furniture Medic On Call", I didn't know what to expect-I was even hesitate to call.
What a wonderful surprise!
Quick estimate, came to the house and picked up 3 pieces of furniture-one which was very heavy and had to be brought downstairs.
Refinished in a week and delivered back to me.
Beautiful work!

Very nice to work with, professional and thorough. This office went out to try, note the word try, to help a client. They did their best to solve the situation....and if Furniture Medic was given that chance...I am quite sure they would have helped out.
As if it were, Furniture Medic was a great resource to help...was ethical in dealing with both the client and us.
