I was unfortunately laid off from my last job and had been struggling to find employment anywhere. I came across Loftus & O'Meara, and I am extremely thankful that I did. I submitted my resume, and was contacted to set up an interview the next day. After that interview, I was presented with an assignment opportunity, interviewed with the assignment company, and was placed, all within 24 hrs. The assignment I have been placed on meets my career interests and needs and is an excellent career development opportunity.
On top of that, I have been working with Max and she has been nothing short of incredible

I was born with a disability with my left writing hand and dismissed because of my bad writing skills. I have great computer skills and have 15 years of experience. They never even asked me about it. People with disabilities need support to find jobs.

They quickly found me an opportunity, and made sure it aligned with my interests. With my first assignment I found a permanent position with a great company - thanks to them!

Don't waste your time. They don't return calls or emails. I received an email after they said they saw my resume and wanted to speak with me. I called and of course the recruiter was too busy. I even emailed her and still no response. What a waste.

Outstanding temporary agency. Recruiters are professional and are great at placing you on assignments at organization's that fit your background, expertise, and professional level. They work diligently at finding you placement. I highly recommend. Agency is great for non-profit professionals, especially. Only problem is they do not have direct deposit and that is a bummer.

This agency is outstanding in every way. I met with 3 of their recruiters today and they are professional, personable, and sincere whereas many other recruiting agencies make you feel insignificant and don't respond to emails or calls (despite them telling you to "check in")! Even more astounding...I received a call TODAY for a temp position next week!! I really wished I had contacted this agency first. They are top-notch and highly recommended.
