Megan creates natural relationships with her families so they feel completely comfortable in front of her camera. Newborn sessions are booked in the second trimester and typically take place when baby is 5-12 days new. This is the most popular session and includes a 3 hour, in-studio newborn session with your new baby, siblings and parents.
We will go at the pace of the baby so we are never rushed. This is a fully styled session, all of the props, blankets, hats and headbands are provided. If you have any sentimental items you would like to include, you are more than welcome to bring one with you. We will capture those adorable, squishy newborn poses and will yield a gallery of 25+ images.

Hi, I am so glad you are here! I'm Megan, the face behind the camera at Megan Ho Photography. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved photography. I started taking photos at a really young age and had my first photography class in the sixth grade. I loved it so much, I went on to study photography in college and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts.
Our newborn session will take place in my comfy studio located in Bedford, NH. This session can include either parent and sibling portraits or just adorable portraits of your precious new baby depending on the package chosen. The session is typically 2-3 hours long which allows us time to soothe and feed your baby if neeeded.

Megan was a dream to work with. Right from the get go when I contacted her frantically trying to book a newborn session during the peak fall season. She got back to me quickly and was able to accommodate us the same week. Her studio is cozy and warm for a new baby and I could immediately tell her ease and motherly instinct of working with newborns. My little guy was not easy or cooperative during our session...requiring diaper changes, feeding, crying, spit up...you name it! Megan was patient and understanding. I never felt rushed. Megan is wonderful!!! We have had several photos done by her, newborn, family, and maternity every experience was unique. She is so patient and really is the baby whisperer. With 4 (soon to be 5 children), family photos are a tall order, Megan rose to the challenge for sure! We are so grateful to have her nearby to capture these moments in our lives.

What a fantastic experience. Megan has completely nailed the art of newborn photography. Megan did an amazing job with our daughter’s newborn photo shoot. Her studio is warm and inviting and she handled our daughter with such great care. You can tell she really loves what she does and puts a lot of time in creating the perfect image using a variety of different props and poses. Megan was so incredible to work with!! She was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule for my baby girls newborn shoot (which needed to happen sooner rather than later). She was very responsive and super accommodating! I can’t say enough nice things about her and most importantly her ability to capture the most amazing photos of my sweet little girl! I was choking back tears while watching her work with my daughter during our session. She’s so gentle and nurturing posing the baby for each shot. I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Megan Ho Photography. Megan fit us into her schedule with very short notice. Her studio was nice and warm for our little peanut and I was able to take time to nurse and put the baby to sleep. Megan spent so much time making sure that the photo shoot of our newborn daughter was perfect. It didn't cross my mind to have newborn photos of my cleft lip/palate baby taken, but after speaking to a mother of child with the same issues, I'm so glad I did! Megan captured my baby perfectly :) She was extremely professional, patient (the session lasted 3.5 hours), and sweet. Also, our gallery was ready in just 1 week! We will definitely be coming back to Megan for 1-year photos to document our baby's "forever smile" after undergoing multiple surgeries. I highly recommend Megan Ho!
