I'm glad to have Kyle Schmeling as my Service Advisor. He always checks to see what additional service I may need in addition to the reason I have made the appointment, so that I don't get stuck out on the road. He is professional as well as friendly.

I got stood up not once but twice salesman never showed up I had to keep going back. The manager appraised my car but would not tell me how much it was worth would only tell the salesman. They took five thousand dollars off a 2022 car I drove 90 days . Don't go there.

We dropped off our Buick Encore to the Service Dept and spoke to Kyle and went over everything that was requested to be done and what time the vehicle would be ready. Everything was taken care of and we noticed that when the Encore was detailed the scratches in the back of the hatch that were addressed when we bought the vehicle were visible again and we showed Kyle and he set up another appointment to fix it. Overall the service was outstanding and we are very happy we chose Karp Buick to purchase our vehicle. We highly recommend and thanks for a job well done!

I have been searching for a replacement for my 04 GMC Envoy Xl it wasn't easy, but we settled for a Buick Enclave after test driving other vehicles of similar size this was the size we needed. Dealership had a fire that destroyed a family member's car.
The dealership did close to nothing to correct their mistake, then on top of that, charged my family member for the car's maintenance it was their for. This dealership is a joke.

I guess during the pandemic this dealership doesn't want to sell us another car . We purchased 2 Buick's from this dealership previously. I've called in May and left 3 voice messages with 2 different salespeople . NO CALL BACK . I called in Late May and was transferred to a Kia salesmen who aid no Buick salesman were around and took all my info and promised someone would call me back . NO CALL Back. Today I spoke to a receptionist who AGAIN took ALL my info and told me someone would call me back i an hour . Guess what???? 7 hour later .No call back . Forget this dealership

Horrific dealings with Karp. David Karp made a bad situation worse...so much worse that we reported Karp to the BBB and Attorney General.

I never do car s***, but when I do, it seems like everyone's out to F*** you.

Stopped by because the ridiculous rear reflector on my mother's Buick fell off. When you look at the part, there is no damage, and no attachment points, simply a couple of plastic undamaged clips, and dried up glue.

Was told that the bumper was hit and caused the reflector to fall off. Which was untrue, since the bumper had a small rub on the opposite side of the fell-off reflector. Again, not damaged, just fell off.

First was told it would be about 100 bucks to fix, then when they looked at the car again

Leased a Enclave. Are all salespeople sharks?! the lady promised us rubber floor mats and after closing the deal never got them. Love the car except for the automatic trunk. Doesn't do a very good job at sensing person (child) or object and continues to close. Thank goodness our kids weren't hurt! Brought car in for service and told them and said that's the way the car is! If problem bring it up with GM. Called and no help! Nasty people!! First and Last time getting a Buick!

Awful experience. Walked in with my wife for my first look ever at a Buick. Basically refused to talk numbers unless I was ready to do a deal that day and I wasn't. Unfortunately many won't see this on yelp. I'll take my $50k elsewhere.

I set an appointment for Monday morning to have my car looked at. At the time of my appointment, I let the staff know what the issue was (IPC) and that I wanted an estimate on the cost of repairing the electronics.

My expectations for a car service is that 1) I make an appointment in order for my car to be seen at/near that time; and 2) I am called with an update and an estimate for the anticipated repair as soon as possible. Neither of these things occurred.

I heard nothing from the dealership all morning, so I called the number on the business card I was given. The number was incorrect. Seriously
