These guys are hard workers, they spent hours pulling broken glass and other junk out of headlight assembly because and idiot didn't look before proceeding from a stop sign.I was impressed how soon my car was ready, especially considering Pandemic with arrival of parts. My car was torn apart and put together and beautifully painted in 4 days.

Took my car here to have my bumper repainted.
When I got my car home, I noticed one of my door pillars is gouged, scratched, and dented. There is also some paint chipped at the top of the door. Looks like they locked the keys in the car and slim jimmed the door open and damaged my car in the process.
I dont understand why the shop would not simply call me and ask if I had a 2nd key, instead of damaging my doors to get in the car?? Not only this, but the owner failed to mention the damage when I picked the car up

I had just bought my new car recently and someone hit it in a parking lot. In a panic I called Highlands Auto Body and they were able to get me in right away. They were SO friendly, professional and they did an excellent job. You could not even tell there was damage done to the car previously. I would recommend this business to anyone and I will certainly be coming here for any auto body issues I ever have in the future. For anyone shopping around for auto body shops, I 10000% recommend these guys!!!

A strong gust of wind caught my door and blew it open so hard that it bent the door frame out of place causing it to jam. I called Highland Auto Body and they told me to come in same day. They were able to fix the problem on the spot for me! They were very friendly, fast, and professional. If I ever need any services in the future, I will definitely be coming to them!

The team at Highlands fixed a sprung door hinge on my Land Cruiser while I waited. Amazing service! I was afraid my mistake would cost me a lot but they put my mind at ease quickly. I'm very impressed and glad to have a body shop on my list of preferred vendors again.

Update on my review below...I was contacted by the shop to "right the wrongs". As it turns out, there was a valid reason why I had a poor experience previously, and wanted to make sure this was fixed. They agreed to repair the issues and add even went beyond that to repair some things not included in the original agreement. Also, I feel the message I received this time was much more clear and appropriate expectations were set, which is more valuable than the actual work completed. This was a dramatic improvement from the previous experience and am grateful the shop took the time to follow up. It

The customer service is outstanding! We were treated with such great kindness & care here. It's always so stressful when your dealing with cars and repairs!!!! When we arrived they explained the simplicity of the repair and we were literally blown away by their honesty!' The two previous auto body shops had given us high pricing, long repair time and multiple steps for completion. At Highlands they started the work & completed in the same day! If I could give them six stars I would. Brought my SUV in for an estimate on a hole in the tailgate caused by my license plate to where I couldn't secure my plate anymore. The two gentleman working there assessed it quickly, and twenty minutes later it was completely fixed and secure! Incredibly friendly and professional and any future repair needs I may have are going straight to them! Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience working with Mario and his team. They were able to get my vehicle in and out quickly and the results of the repair were incredible. Gian and the team really helped us out! I slid off the road in the mountains and hit a rock on the passenger side. We got an initial quote for over $7k, and 22 days of work, for repairs (which would have totaled out the car at cost) and were searching for another option. The car still drove great, we just couldn't open the passenger side door. Gian took a look and Quoted us $700 for labor, plus the cost of the door. Well, we purchased the wrong door for our car, but Gian found one in town that worked perfectly. In a matter of two days, they replaced the door, straightened the frame, added a rust
