Critical: Professionalism, Value
First and last time using this salon. Very unprofessional. 3 people complained while I was there which is scary for a first time customer. $40 for a polish change. Ridiculous. Was mad I didn’t get a fill so she made my nails so thin. They feel like if I bump them they will break in half. Polish is uneven on each nail.

This was my first time here and I LOVED it. I made an appointment and was immediately seated. Hanna was amazing and really took the time to make sure she nailed the design I wanted. The salon was extremely clean and all of the tools were kept in sterile pouches. Even on a busy Sunday, all of the staff paid attention to every customer and the prices are great! I had a great experience and will be back!

Wow where do I begin. Between the woman cutting off half my toe nail and making me bleed or her making my fingernails all different shapes and lengths.
I asked the woman for a trim for my nails but please keep the same shape. She cut off almost an inch off my nails and made each hand completely different. My left hand was a chunky circle nail shape. My right hand was a square shape. Each nail was also a different length.
She spent a good half hour on her phone talking and not paying attention.

I asked for sharp edged nails square in shape but taken in a bit in the sides like the coffin but not as dramatic. I asked for them to be taken down a bit and showed her a picture of what I wanted which I also attached. I called they said 40min for a fill and it took way longer I also didn't get sharp or the shape I wanted they are uneven in length uneven in thickness and a complete mess. Also she didn't take the polich or acrylic back far enough so it literally looks like I already need a fill. I went here with my mom and really looked forward to getting my toes done for the first time in a while. We started with a pedicure (which is all we wanted) and the water was cold. My pedicure turned out alright, but the woman insisted I get my finger nails done. I explained that I didn’t want my nails done because I’m rough with my hands, and she insisted for me to at least get my cuticles trimmed. She made three of my fingers bleed and one of them is infected and swollen now… Additionally, she charged me $80 for a pedicure and cuticle trim.
