We work from the inside out, focusing first and foremost on the livability, views and functionality of the floor plan from the homeowners' point of view, all while considering the design aesthetic.

I contacted Cullum Homes to help perform a land site evaluation before purchasing a piece of raw land for our future build site. I was put in contact with the owner, Rod, who called me back the same day and went above and beyond stopping by the land to give me his observations the next day. He didn't ask for anything, just wanted to help. You don't find that very often now a days especially for a company and the owner to care enough about their business and clients that they will go above and beyond for you without hesitation. I would 100% recommend Cullum Homes and can't wait for them to build

I have been fortunate to know Rod Cullum for probably 20 years and have finally been selected by him to work as a member of his team on a marquis project of his. All I can say is not only is he an extremely knowledgeable builder and developer but is a very nice person and someone who is fun to collaborate with and learn from.
