Extremely friendly and very family feel. My wife and I had gotten exams here from Dr. Milla. She was extremely thorough and made sure to explain everything in depth as well. We can finally see clear again now thanks to Dr. Milla and her amazing staff. If you need a new eye exam and want a trustworthy Dr's office. This is the place for you.

This is a great place - very friendly staff, wonderful variety of glasses and an extremely knowledgeable and friendly doctor! I was very pleased with the service and results. The lenses were perfect and the glasses fit me with no issues. These are the best glasses that I have ever had. All members of my family are big fans of this place and I highly recommend Your Eyes Center!

Everyone at Your Eyes Center was friendly and professional. I only waited a few minutes before being taken to the back. Dr Batushansky was very thorough and explained everything and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Batushansky for several years, at least 6 pair-worth of glasses. She gets my prescription right each time. And the glasses--including 3 pairs of progressive lenses--have been fantastic. I had the pleasure and the privilege of working alongside Dr. Batushansky. I have now been a patient of hers for longer than we worked together. Not only is she a fine doctor, she is also quite the instructor. Dr. Batushansky explains every condition and sees to it that you understand your own exam results. Her equipment is state of the art and her research is always current. Working with a brilliant, humane, sophisticated lady set the professional standard for me. Exceptional patient care is her first priority, which is why I will always trust her.

I have been gong to Your Eyes Center for about 13 years. I started going to their Langhorne location and eventually transitioned over to the Richboro location a few years ago. I am pretty diligent about keeping regular with my eye exams as my family has a history of glaucoma. Dr. Mila Batushansky is superb when it comes to eye health. I came to visit my family in PA and while I was here my glasses broke. I stopped in your eyes center because my family loves them. The manager Theresa was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. she was able to find a frame to fit my lenses to get me by. The frame selection there was very nice. I will definitely be stopping in again when I come to visit in the summer. This time I would love to check out the doctor and buy some new glasses.

Both doctor and Tara at the front desk are very professional and helpful. I had an eye exam and needed prescription sunglasses on a very short notice, less than 3 business days. When UPS failed to deliver the frame I chose to the lab in time for glasses to be made and shipped back by the day I was promised, Tara arranged for an Uber to drive the glasses from the lab in NJ! That kind of service is really remarkable.

Contrary to few other reviews here getting a copy of prescription is not a problem at all.

Just stopped in from exam in December 2016 and guess what they lost his file. Was told by Tara She would return my call by end if the day on Monday with a solution to this problem and I gave her benefit of the doubt but now it's Friday evening going into the weekend. I am a very understanding person but to not return someone's call when you have told them you would is very bad customer service. Let's start with doctor was late both times my husband had to see her. Once for initial exam than for the follow up. They don't understand insurance even when my insurance talked to

Although they have nice frames....the staff NEVER stays. They gave my husband the wrong RX (Doctors fault) which gave him migraines for months. In another occasion lenses were performed incorrectly and after returning them they didn't even put a PRIORITY on fixing the problem. We waited for over 2wks for them to get fixed. They sell Designers frames w/o the matching cases and you NEVER get a call back when there is an issue. I won't be returning...I guess its BACK to the city I go.

Great experience. Great People. Normal prices-- and we had a deal, too. They are in the Shop N Bag shopping center near the Chinese restaurant. Picked up some yummy Chinese food afterwards :)

I went here for a routine exam. The doctor was fine and I believe she did a good and thorough exam. No complaints there. The problem came after that. I wanted some new frames so I decided to try on a few options. After picking out a few I liked, I found out that the least expensive pair was going to cost be about 250$. The most expensive was about 400$. I have a normal allowance from my insurance and a mild prescription. I realize these are not totally crazy prices, yet more expensive than some other chain locations. I wasn't in desperate need of new glasses so I booked my next appointment

This place is a disorganized mess. They couldn't figure out how to run my insurance when I was there and told me I may or may not be billed an undiscoled amount because of it (this exact thing was happening to someone else in the office while I was there too). This happened even after I gave them my insurance information a week before my appointment. On top of that the file that they had put together for me as a new patient had been lost and needed to be re-prepared while I waited.
I had also brought in frames to have lenses put in them. I called 2 days later to make sure my frames were sent out

Last spring I bought a Groupon and thought I'd try this place, the frames are very expensive and over-priced, and the resulting glasses were uncomfortable and create a glare, never fitted correctly, still waver on my face and pinch my head behind my ears. I cannot wear them comfortably.
Asked for a different frame and they said I would need to re-purchase the lenses.
I declined.
Also ordered contact lenses, a years supply that was to have a B&L $60 rebate. The rebate was expired and when I tried to resolve it with Heather the customer service person, I was constantly ignored.
Will not go back
