This has been a ongoing issue for over a year now. I didn't make a claim at first because this company kept telling me they where going to make it right. I pray nobody ever uses this company again. They are a scam and unprofessional. It all started when I was in the process on making a new website. I looked online and found Craftive Logos. I ended up paying for their services to build a website with logo and then paid for the trademark. Their service was laughable from beginning to the end. 2 years since I paid for the rights of my logos and I haven’t received any documents, they keep saying that is because of COVID last week some one from this company called me offering more services and I ask him about my copyright of my logos which I paid in full and he told me I didn’t paid for that

What an awful experience. They don't know what they are doing. They hire developers from Pakistan to do their work. Do not go with them. Every chance they got they tried to charge me more money. Took 9 months to get me a wordpress website up and with that they used free plugins. I kept on getting notifications that the plugins needed to be upgraded. Then they decided to install a plugin that doesn't allow upgrades without my knowledge. My website stopped working and I realized what they did. I was still having problems just upgrading wordpress so I called my hosting company. They told
