Ability Towing LLC was started in 1988 by Jeff and Maryann Jacques. We opened with one manual loader and serving a few repair shops, we have grown to a small fleet of trucks serving a few motor clubs, numerous repair shops, law enforcement rotations, and private motorists. Ability Towing LLC is locally and family owned and operated.

If you need to have your vehicle towed, and you have a flexible time frame (any time of the week, for example) that it can be done, call us and let us know! If we pick your vehicle up when another run is scheduled for your area, it makes our drivers more efficient, and we can offer you a discount. Just call us for details!
Are you the owner or manager of a commercial business that has a problem with parking lot violations?. Do you have people parking in your lot that are not doing business with you and are just using your lot?. If you have a problem with parking lot violators, we can help. We can provide signs to fit your needs, warning violators of the consequences of parking unauthorized vehicles in your lot.
We can help! Ability Towing LLC can offer many services to assist you. For example, we can come in, walk your property, and tow the vehicles for you. We also offer services for permit-only lots. We can install the appropriate signs, and we will immediately remove from your property any vehicles which do not have permits.

Worked well with my insurance company. Staff was friendly and courteous. I’m currently awaiting shipping of my personal belongings from the vehicle that was totaled. They are working well with my insurance company to get those belongings shipped to my home. Very satisfied with them. I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Towed me within an hour of parking in a visitor's spot of an apartment complex where there is no indication that even visitor's spots are off limits. I was then charged $110 and told that I needed a "visitor's parking pass." If you're going to tow a college student for over a $100, it would be helpful if visible and ample information regarding parking requirements is provided.

Towed me from a visitor parking lot that was almost completely empty at the time, and now I'm out $110. What on earth is the point of this? Next time if you're gonna tow someone from a visitor spot why don't you at least pick on someone with a nice car who might be able to actually afford it, and not a broke college kid's beat-up '97 ranger. No decency.

Ah, yes, try to tow my car in my father's apartment complex right after Hurricane Irma when I'm stuck here, evacuated from my home and city that is under water in SWFL. No shame, huh? Just a non caring voice saying 50 dollars now or 150 at the shop. No compassion as fellow Florida citizens from Ability Towing or Aspen Run? #FloridaStrong right? Thanks for taking $50 I didn't have to pay for expensive gas to go 400 miles back to my home that still doesn't have power.

The lady who owns the business and her daughter Anne-Marie, are super sweet people. I have been going to ability salvage yard for about 20 years but took a break for the last few years because they didn't have many cars there but they have increased the amount of cars they have now. I just got an amazing deal on a set of tires and rims. If you were looking for car parts for a very good price come check them out.

I called Ability about possibly selling a Jeep for salvage. When I placed the call the lady that answered was very pleasant and helpful. I called late in the afternoon and the Salvage gentleman called me back first thing the following Morning. When he came out to look at the vehicle he was very professional, friendly and helpful. There was no charge to come out and look at my vehicle even after I decided that selling it for scrap was not the way I wanted to go.
