We began this ministry with 30 children. We were then meeting in building A. The Child Development Center was established to provide quality, Christian childcare for the children in the Leesburg area. Then we changed over to ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) in 2002. First Academy Preschool is licensed by DCF.

Services
We believe that God is Spirit, infinite, personal, eternal, and unchangeable in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, grace, goodness, and truth. We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins.
Infants - Older Two's uses The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Two's. This Curriculum is a play-based curriculum to teach a variety of age appropriate activities and foundation. Creative Curriculum is broken down into 3 volumes; The Foundation, Routines & Experiences and Objectives for Development & Learning: Birth through Kindergarten.
