Chris Granat with Flamingo Agency is a crook. All of his current reviews must be fake. In his proposal to build a website, an item was clearly included. I had also included my instructions in many emails prior to his proposal. Towards the end of the website building project, he simply stated he does not have the skills to create the item and suggested I hire another web builder to create it. After I reminded him that the item was in his proposal, his first response was he never received my emails with directions.
