Very disappointed in Michael's Plumbing. Waited for 11 days to get an appointment. We were very thorough telling them what work we needed, and we also had all the supplies we needed to complete the work. The technician came, and worked for two hours in our kithcen, then announced that we would need to make another appointment ourselves for the remaining work in the bathroom. No shower help provided at all. He left. This was the 8th of the month. We were told that they could come back on the 24th. We were shocked. No shower until then? Two hours is all we were given? $300+ bill. When we complained
