The design team was great to work with. We built our house just over a year ago and got hardwood floors, carpet, cabinets, and tile work from them. Everything seemed to go pretty smoothly, but the tile work in our shower left MUCH to be desired when they were done. I had them come back out and look at it and they blamed it on the studs in my walls.… They decided to remove the tile they put up, I "fixed" the studs, and they re-installed the tile in the shower. This was about a year ago now, but every day when I shower, I feel a little worse about my decision to use them for the shower tile

We had Drexel install floors on our new Drees home and were immediately dissatisfied with the product. The floors pop and crack in many places and instantly showed wear and tear that was not present in our neighbors homes' with the same or similar product. Drees wouldn't touch it, but had to get Drexel involved and they came out and replaced a few… boards and told us to buy markers to keep them looking new. Three years later they continue to look terrible. Would be great if Drexel would reach out and seek to assist or explain why this product is poor.

This place is a horrible buisness. The so called man that was supposed to help kept walking away when we had questions. Then when I told him what I wanted to buy, he goes and sits back down at his desk. Thanks for nothing. I will take my money and buisness elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Horrible service!!!

Was chatting with Brandon on line about getting new carpet and flooring needs through Drexel. He said he was an outside sales rep and would meet us Sat at the showroom. I told him we would be there at 1130a. We drove 40 min to get there, paid to put our dog in day camp so we could spend some time to get everything taken care of. Brandon never confirmed, didn’t answer me for the past 3 days, and we went anyway. He was not there, nobody greeted us. Nobody helped us. Nobody cared that we left. Very disappointed and will stick with another company.
