Lillian the property manager was so helpful and kind. I appreciated her calm directions and expertise. Friendly and made the process easy.

Lillian and her husband are amazing. They went above and beyond for me, taking the stress out of finding a place to live. When I have a question or request, they answer me fully and quickly. I have never been happier with a property manager. The apartments are in pristine condition, and the yard is perfect for my children. We absolutely love it here.

Lillian is so easy to work with. So many property managers are shady and the apartments are run-down. These apartments are so nice and perfect for my family. I feel safe and secure, and Lillian will address any of my concerns quickly. I will not be moving any time soon. You cannot find better in Albert Lea!

The property manager, Lillian, was so helpful to me. I called to inquire about a 2-bedroom townhome and she stated that there was no availability at the current time. She stated that I was welcome to go to the website and place an application for future availability. I needed something right away and Lillian took time for me to tell me about different places in Albert Lea that might have something available by giving me names and numbers of other property managers in town. To me, that was way above and beyond and I am so grateful for all the help she gave me that day. Thank you Lillian....

I love it here! And I just moved here. Property manager is very responsive when you email her, very helpful. Maintenance is fast to help fix things when needed. Hoping to not move anytime soon. They made us feel like home immediately even when We didn’t move in yet. Thank you!

I am very proud to call Pickerel Park Townhomes my home for the past 10 years. The management is very professional, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and always gets maintenance issues done very quickly. It is a beautiful place to live.

The property manager and maintenance take pride in making sure that each tenant has a beautiful condo to call home! They also make themselves available after hours for anything that may come up. These condos are also located on the edge of town near the golf course so one couldn’t ask for a better location to call home!

I lived in these townhomes for over two years and if I hadn’t moved out of the state I would still be living there. I loved living there and the management was amazing and did everything for the tenants. If something need to be fixed, it was fixed very quickly.
