When applying for a construction loan we had the absolute BEST experience with Dawn. Our loan was very complicated and she worked on it everyday to make it a success for us. I have been with this bank for many many years. I talked to Maria and another rep earlier today and they both need to take a class on customer service because they both were rude. The first rep I spoke to put me on hold when I was asking her a question which is extremely rude and Maria was just rude and she didn't want to help me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me none were around or available! Now how can not 1 Supervisor be available. My issue that I called for was such a small issue but these 2 ladies could not help me out. I don't understand why the bank makes changes

I am adding to my previous review because I have found CCCU to use the phrase "it's a new employee and that's why we made this mistake", one too many times.
First time was my personal information being sent to a person applying for a loan and their excuse, it was a new employee. I was upset but thought everyone makes mistakes, even the credit union. Let me begin by saying "I LOVE MY CREDIT UNION" and I truly mean it! I have been a member for over 34 years and they have been a big part of my life. I was able to purchase a lot of my dreams (so to speak) with their help.
I just purchased a new car and CCCU made it happen with no money down and a great interest rate. Buying a car through them is stress free. I brag about CCCU to all my friends and family.
All of the tellers are exceptional, but Merin is awesome! She remembers me (by name) before I even had a chance to show my ID. She is always so pleasant and professional

This bank is part of a bigger reason why crypto currencies is so big and will continue on its path to dominancy in dissolving banks such as cccu. From personal experience with them, they will kick you while you're down take everything in your in your pocket and piss on you, while recording it for their later amusement. They really seem to get off on other s pain especially during this pandemic. Cccu will rob you for whatever you're worth. Save the trouble and find a better bank before its too late.

I'd love to start this out by saying that I love Clark county credit union. Literally the best customer service I've ever had in any location. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I'm always getting greeted when walking in and everyone is always so helpful. I usually go to Kevin whose always been my number one favorite since I've signed up with cccu. Went to the branch on Tenaya and Tracy E. was the one that helped me. I had to print out a bunch of statements and she was so helpful and patient with me. I definitely recommend switching over to CCCU from whatever financial institution you're with currently. EVERY interaction I've had with them has been nothing short of amazing customer service.

Megha at the Call Center for the CCCU Tenaya Branch was very helpful and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about every question I had!
In addition, when I arrived, I went to Lena the teller and she ensured I was taken care of and all of my requests were fulfilled!

I am a long time member of this credit union, and always have great experiences with Pat Johnson in our mortgage loans. Unfortunately we have this new person to take over (Ryan Lopez) wanted to get an appraisal for 120K refi loan but my property is over 350K in value?! First they waived the appraisal and then Mr Lopez asked for appraisal!! So inconsistent!

So slow and inefficient staff at the mortgage Dept. I waited 6 months for my refinancing. We signed the closing papers 1 week ago and up to this time, the payoff amount has not been sent out yet to our current mortgage company. I truly regret applying here for my home loan refinancing. Their rates are not even that attractive. Don't ever come here for mortgage/ loan refinancing. You will wait for ages! The staff doesn't even respond on time to emails, phone calls, and text messages.

One of the worst credit unions you could ever join. I ask them to close out all of my accts. I had been with the. For 30 years and never actually used the accts because they are so unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They have so few branches, and after hours customer service is incompetent. Please do not open an acct with them, and if you can find another credit union or bank, I highly suggest you close yours out too. I would never suggest such a move, if they had not gotten more incompetent year after year and less customer centric.

This is a great bank to be a member of if you are looking for a credit union. I was able to get a car loan and purchase a used car with their members auto. I would recommend anyone looking for a new/used car to check out their inventory and see what they have to offer! You can skip the car dealership haggling, all the extra sales costs, and they will even do the tag transfer at the bank.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I was assisted by Michael Mahabir as well as Lena in-branch and they quelled all of my concerns associated with opening an account with a credit union.

After banking here for decades, we are now told our account is being changed to one with monthly fees, irrespective of the considerable balance we maintain there. We have no interest in the supposed perks associated with the new account type, we just want to continue with our account as is. Went in person to talk and find out options and was told that nothing could be done until November after the account change happens. Why? We are now checking out other credit unions and the banking options through our national insurance and retirement firms. Why has CCCU lost its way?

Every time I try to access my account on line. They tell me it's been locked and I have to call in for a password. Well I'm a senior citizen and I don't drive. After they locked my account my card was no good so then I had to get a ride to physically come into a branch and get a new card. So inconvenient. This is the second time they did this to me. They use to research it before Covid-19 happened.

Probably the worst credit union in all of America. Their quality of customer service has continuously decreased over the 30byears I have been with them. I finally got so upset with them, that I shut down all my accts in 2020 and so happy I did. The customer service manager Karen Huershfield turned out to be useless. It is no wonder all of their reviews are horrific and pathetic. Good luck this year, because I suspect they will slowly but surely close down more offices as they lose more and more unhappy customers. That's your dividend payment.

I went to this location on April 20th, 2020 and felt as if I was being discriminated by the worker Taigi and/or the manager of this branch. I was refused to have an account open over the smallest inconvenience. As I visited a different branch today in Henderson with the same information provided to the Shadow Lane branch, I was able to get my account opened. Please work on bettering your customer service and as well as treating your customers with respect. I was treated with attitude and did not receive a proper greeting. Please do better!

Amazing employees, my Daughter inquired about an auto loan. She was only 21yrs of age, she has a great credit score as well. The lady, that helped us, went way beyond her job description, I'm sure. She actually took the time, explained everything very clearly. She treated my Daughter, as if she was talking to her own Daughter. I thanked her repeatedly, she didn't have to spend so much time with us, at all!
