I received a phone call from a telemarketer who was clearly cold-calling a purchased database (I know this because they asked for my daughter and my number has never been associated with her except on domain records, and yet I repeatedly receive text and telemarketing calls for her) claiming to be calling from an 'Educational Institution' and essentially positioning themselves as not selling anything. Slimy, unethical, disrespectful, obnoxious. I want nothing to do with them.
