Very nice guy. Let me know he was very busy and wouldn't be able to get to my inspection for at least a month if not more. No problem. I sent him all the details and waited...and waited...and waited.
Followed up via email and phone and got no response. I understand being busy but at least give me a heads up if you're going to cancel so I can move on to another vendor.

Big fan of Tim and CoPro.
I've known Tim for about 6 months now and he's a great guy who takes pride in his craft. He's licensed (which you don't have to be in Colorado!?!?) and knows what he's doing! Tim uses top notch equipment (sewer scope, infrared camera, etc) and doesn't skimp - he takes his time.
I've sent my friends to him and they've had great feedback.
If you need a home inspector (coming up on your home warranty, looking to sell a home, etc) give Tim a chance.

I can not recommend Tim enough for all your home inspection needs. He was professional, thorough, and affordable! An added bonus is that he lives in the surrounding area so has a vested interest to see builders do things right and held accountable if not. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the process since I was a 1st time home buyer and was immediately available for any last minute questions or clarifications. I will trust Tim for ALL my future home needs and you should too!!!
