Barbara was extremely rude and nasty to my husband and I when we were both kind to her. We needed an estimate for a particular area of our roof. I’ve been a homeowner for over 10 years and was well aware that my roof has seen better days. I had a simple question in regards to the estimate provided and Barbara immediately replied “Well the roof is SHOT!” Again, in a very rude and nasty tone. To speak that way to a potential customer is disgusting and unbelievable. I sent an email to Barbara expressing my disgust with her tone, demeanor and lack of customer service and her reply was “Well

AA Roofing was super prompt and professional right from the start and the consultation. They’ve been in business a long time and you can see why. They stripped and replaced my old sagging roof, removed and replaced the main support beam that was damaged, repaired and installed gutters, put caps on my two chimneys, repaired the rotting wood on the underside of my mansard roof, installed a skylight, installed an exit hatch and installed three pop up vents. UPDATE: (11/11 SEE MORE)They do not return calls at all. Called on October 29 for a roof estimate and spoke to Barbara she took my info and stated that someone will call me when they are in the area. Someone from the company came to my house on October 30th and did not ring my doorbell but looked up at my camera. They just left a card from the company. Called Barbara to ask why the person did not ring the doorbell and if he was there to look at my roof. She than explained that he could look without getting on the roof and she did not have anyway of contacting him and she would ask him when he got
