I live about 200 miles away, so I needed help to sell my sister’s co-op on Long Island. I was referred to realtor Lisa Albinowski to accomplish this goal, and accomplish she did!! I was forced to buy a new house because my landlords put our house up for sale. Lisa was referred to us Because she knows a lot and is certified to handle senior citizen housing. She walked us through all of her actions step-by-step, showed enormous patience with my mother and I who sometimes were not getting along through the process, She really made what I hope will be my only home purchase run very smoothly.
