I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone...there overpriced & need lots of work, I'd rather live in low income, spider webs in entryway makes it hard to get ur mail, neighbors above u kids stomp and jump all night, notify office but it still continues, my car got broken in 4x in a 11mth period, after 4th time, plus drunk neighbor pulling a gun on other neighbor I decided it was time to go...talk to office manager letting her know I had 1mth left in lease but I had to move didn't feel safe she agreed and said ok let her talk to her boss , only for me to get a 3000 move out bill...mind u paperwork

1. These people never answer the phone
2. They don't get anything done
3. We went months without pest control
4. Their trash setup is the worst I've ever seen
5. The manager is rude beyond reasoning
6. This is the only apartment out of several I have been in that I have ever had to call corporate on. And then the manager yelled at me, the customer, for calling corporate
7. They failed to fix anything in our apartment
Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE

Scheduled a tour as a prospective renter, showed up about 5 minutes early, as I am getting out of my car this woman claiming to the the property manager steps out of the office. Asks my name, then proceeds to tell me she doesn't have time for me, then changes her story to say there are no apartments available and tells me to leave the property. Mind you I literally still have my car door open and haven't even gotten all the way out of the car. The whole time she's got a couple sitting inside the office and they apparently heard her say that and got up to leave, so she turns around and tells them

Don't move here.
Costs the same as any other APT (way nicer, newer) in Pooler and Portwentworth ( Even downtown Savannah, if you don't mind old units like this, it's not that expensive)
I moved here just to be closer to my work.
I have been having a lot of issues with house appliances, AC etc.
whenever they "take" the work order, it takes several freaking days and these are very old units. Residents will need help!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I've met the people who work here, they are very nice.
But I think the problem is the management is super freaking cheap, they don't want to put more money

This place is great if you want hearing damage from the A/C fan, and if you want your valuables stolen by the maintenance guys. My A/C ran at 84db (yes I used a decibel meter) and wasn’t acknowledged by management, and my wife’s $5000 ring was stolen by the maintenance guys. I was deployed to the Mexican border for 61 days and when I came back my wife’s ring was gone. I had a front door camera, and the only people that went in my apartment were the maintenance guys and pest control. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE.

I will try but there is no way to explain how good this place is to calling home u will not found better neighbors and the staff WOW what a team lead by Vanessa what a professional skilled people I still living here I feel bad I have to leave soon due to buy my house but if any body try to harm this place in anyway I will hunt you down
