Since 1984 Westpac has been distributing life rings and related items. We now manufacture life ring accessories which are made in our Cle Elum, Washington facility. Safety signage is also manufactured in house and while stock items have a marine emphasis we can print anything, primarily on self adhesive vinyl.
Our Straps to Go division specializes in webbing and buckles and makes custom straps with no minimum order requirement. Services
Our Straps to Go division manufacturers rope bags for use with life rings. They are available in a number of lengths to meet regulatory requirements. Custom orders for non-standard lengths or labeling (we can mark them with your company name to help reduce theft) require small minimum order quantities (MOQ).
Westpac provides vinyl cut lettering for both 30" and 24" life ring buoys. The standard height of our lettering is 2" but we can easily make them in 1 3/4" or whatever your need happens to be. The USCG standard is for 2 block lettering. Black letters are our standard color, depending on quantity other colors are available.
OSHA has requirements for life saving equipment on docks and piers. We have a full range of life ring accessories to meet your OSHA needs. We manufacturer here in Cle Elum life ring covers and rope storage bags which will extend the life of these products (and keep them looking neat). OSHA requires a ring buoy (life ring) with 90 feet of line spaced at a distance not to exceed 200 feet.
Safety equipment requirements for public swimming pools are governed on a state by state basis. A good place to start is with a United States Coast Guard approved life ring buoy with a floating rope attached. The rope should be a minimum of 50'. We offer the Datrex brand of life rings which are the most durable we have found.
We produce vinyl self-adhesive safety signs in house which allows us to offer speedy turn around time and the ability to make custom signs to your specifications. Over the years we have developed a wide variety of stock artwork which we can rapidly produce. Most of our signs are printed on 4 mil vinyl which will provide several years of outdoor life.
