Wonderful Customer Service. After purchasing a houseful of furniture from Sobe almost a year ago, we had an issue with one of the bed frames. We live in Naples Florida and despite the distance from Boca, Sobe came and fixed the issue promptly and with a wonderful crew of courteous, smiling professionals. We highly recommend Sobe. Not only do they have fair prices on top quality modern furniture, they stand behind their products with the best customer service.

I have bought a few pieces of furniture here. I bought a white leather bed and one side of the headboard is wearing out. I did buy it 4 yrs ago but do not live in Florida. So if you add the amount of time I am here, it adds up to a year. SoBe will not do anything. In fact, they told me SoBe went bankrupt and they have nothing to do with them I have never heard of furniture falling apart like this. Do not buy from them because if something goes wrong, you’re on your own!! Very poor customer service.

Frank (manager), Jorge & Rene as well as the rest of the staff @ SoBe are the ultimate professionals. Every aspect of our purchase was managed perfectly, including the warm service! As a bonus, we loved the fact that our sofa was created in a sustainable fashion. We are beyond pleased with our furniture!

This is an update to my previous review...Many thanks to Jesse from Sobe's Marketing department for saving the day! His follow-up, and Frank's as well, demonstrate their exemplary customer service!
We just had our new chair delivered in exchange for the artwork...everything this time around was great and we look forward to doing more business with Stephanie who was our sales rep in the store. She was extremely pleasant and quite knowledgeable and thorough, which made for a very enjoyable shopping experience. The delivery man was also quite pleasant!

No pushy salespeople auditioning for a role as your personal shadow here (not sure about you, but I seriously CANNOT stand that when I'm attempting to visualize how an item will fit my space) just a relaxed vibe with the freedom to browse to your furniture loving heart's content.
The quality of the items on the floor is top notch and whoever is in charge of their decor department clearly has an eye for stand

Well worth the visit. Was looking something outside the normal Miami furniture experience and I've heard that Boca had a hidden gem so I came to take a look. I have to admit I had this image of a stuffy store filled with Boca track suits demanding discounts on heavy over-priced furniture but was pleasantly surprised to find it young and chill. The furniture is beautiful - light designs and a stylish feel with a sort of mix and match ability to weave together your perfect interior look from a core selection of individual furniture pieces. I came just to look but ended up with a new plush Italian

Just posted this on Yelp but I feel the need to spread the word even farther. Fantastic experience. Love their store. Feels boutique, which I love. And they never pressure you to buy, just ask if you need any help and answer any questions you may have. You almost forget what a joy it is not to have a furniture salesperson hovering around until you go back in one of the other stores and remember quite vividly.
But it's not just the service. The ensembles you can put together out of their furniture are so beautiful. Just furnished our new home top to bottom and it turned out like a dream!!
