Tom was very helpful and easy to work with. The timing of our rug and installation was put on hold due to the pandemic but as soon as we called Tom, he was quick to get everything moving. The installation went as planned and the installers were efficient, helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with Toms help with choosing, ordering and delivery of the carpet and the crew that installed it.

Haven't had great luck with customer service or response from Exploring Flooring. We had high hopes to use them for additional house projects, but they failed to follow-up on a project they said they would,… and then didn't respond to an email that was sent to them about that project. Wouldn't rate the customer service very high.
