With the first phone call Jim showed up to evaluate the job the next day. His free quote was fast, fair and accurate. His wife communicated with us by phone and email. The first job he replaced our old oil furnace with a new efficient propane furnace. The second job he replaced our water heater with a tankless wall hung high efficiency propane water heater.

Be warn, very, very expensive. Ask how much he charges before starting work. This was my mistake. He was recommended by Keystone Propane. Paid $270.00 for 45 minutes job. Will never use him again.

First - you were called because furnace was not firing even though pilot was on not because no heat. Thermostats were turned off because of the furnace.
Second - when asked how much we owe you after the first visit, you said you will give us the bill when you come the following day. And oh boy, you did. You charged us $135.00 for each day for not even 1/2 an hour you

I needed some work done at our home. Jim and his office staff was extremely professional and accommodating. They actually returned my call, very responsive, unlike 90% of contractors out there. I would highly recommend Jim for any of your plumbing/HVAC needs. He is professional, and very reasonably priced. I will be using him to install a water heater next. You do not get a free estimate. He came to my house and looked at the job and when I received the bill I was charged a service for that day. It wasn't a service call, I wasn't having issues I wanted two cents installed in my basement. He was beyond visibly irritated when he arrived as I had just moved to my new house and my directions were off by one road. My bill was extremely expensive and for the installation of two vents it cost me nearly 800 and one of the vents does not open all the way. My advice--- exercise your right to choose a different HVAC service.
